Submission Guidelines

IronVector reviews a limited number of external contributions.

This is not an open platform. Submissions are considered based on clarity, relevance, and demonstrated experience.

What We Publish

IronVector focuses on work as it is actually carried out.

We consider content that reflects:

decision making in real situations

execution across business or projects

leadership tied to responsibility

risk, pressure, and accountability

building, scaling, or correcting systems

Submissions should be grounded in experience, not theory.

What We Do Not Publish

We do not accept:

generic advice or “tips”

motivational or inspirational pieces

surface-level summaries

content written for engagement rather than substance

abstract opinions without real context

If the piece could apply to anyone, it is not a fit.

Standard

Submissions must demonstrate:

clear thinking

direct language

specific insight

real-world context

We prioritize work that shows how decisions were made, what changed, and what was learned through execution.

Editorial Process

All submissions are reviewed.

We may:

accept

decline

request revisions

We do not guarantee publication.

Due to volume, we may not respond to every submission.
